I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and very close to the main attractions. I could easily walk to the Pope's Castle and explore the beautiful city of Avignon. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were great. I loved the fact that the hotel had 24/7 reception, which was a brilliant help for my late arrival and early departure. The staff was friendly and multilingual, making it easy for me to communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a delicious breakfast and nearby bakeries for amazing bread and pastries.

The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions such as the Palais de Pape and Pont d'Avignon. It is also near supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the good location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I really appreciated the extra help with carrying my luggage upstairs, as there was no lift. Additionally, the hotel surprised me with breakfast even though I was late, which was a nice touch.

This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its central location in the heart of Avignon. The staff here are attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms on the second level were clean and comfortable, with a fluffy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The big bathroom was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided a decent selection of gluten-free options and the coffee was surprisingly good.
